SPECIAL LOAN PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Complete the loan application (Form 1003), and be sure to sign and date page 3.  Complete, sign and date the credit authorization form, the Fair lending notice form, and the Equal opportunity form.  If you make an error, simply cross it out, don't use white out or write over it.

2. Rental property owners please provide rental agreements and your previous two years' tax returns.

3. To expedite your loan, please provide last 2 years W-2s and most recent paystubs or 12 months bank statements for the self employed. Stated income borrowers please ignore this.

4. Second mortgage loans please provide a copy of first loan's note and deed of trust.

5. Provide a copy of divorce decree or bankruptcy papers if applicable.

6.Non-US citizens please include a copy of your green card (front & back).
