We have been providing inexpensive home loans since 1992.  Alliance Mortgage is a California corporation, fully licensed as a Mortgage Banker and Broker with the California Department of Corporation. 

Are you broker or a lender ?

We are mortgage bankers and brokers. We can fund loans directly or send them to our investors.

Is my personal and financial information safe?
Yes. Our Privacy and Security Policy is very strict. We never release any of your information to a third party.  It is only used for purposes of completing your loan process.

Why use your site rather than a traditional broker or a bank ?

How can I get a Loan Application?

First step is getting qualified for the amount of loan that you need. There are many competitive loan programs to choose from, and all of our loans are customized to your individual needs.

When do I need to lock in my loan rate?
Once your loan package is received by us, we will speak with you personally to determine when to lock your rate.You are eligible to lock a rate at any time, right up to the closing.

Can I buy a home if I have had credit problems?
Absolutely!  Alliance Mortgage specializes in providing home loans to people with all types of credit.  Even if you have had recent credit problems like late payments, charge-offs or even a bankruptcy, we can find a loan.

Can I payoff my credit cards, and buy a home, and get one loan at the same time?

No.The purchase loan can only be up to the purchase price or 103 percent of the purchase price where the closing costs are financed. It will not pay credit card. However the debt can be refinanced once you have owned your home.

I'm renting now. Why should I buy a home?

If you can provide us with a written loan approval, we can most likely better rate, terms, or both.
