Loan Application
First, you need the Loan Application.You can download the Loan Application from this site, or request one by calling toll free 1.877.834.1700, from our Information Request Form. Once you have returned your completed Loan Application and other required documents, we will contact you and begin processing your loan.

Credit Report
Once you return the completed Loan Application, we will order your credit report and the full Residential Mortgage report with FICO scores.

The Appraisal
We will order an appraisal on your behalf at the time of application.  Be assured that until we contact you personally, you will not incur any fees.  When it's time, we will request that you pay the appraisal fee directly to the appraisal company at time of inspection.

Closing Agent / Title Escrow
If you are purchasing a home, we will contact your Realtor to set up an escrow account.  If you are refinancing a current loan, we will establish an escrow account for you.

The Home Stretch
As the loan processing progresses, our Loan Team will be in continual contact to update you about your loan status and request any additional documents that may be required to complete the loan.  Every step of the way, our Loan Team will ensure that you know exactly what is happening with your loan, and why.  You will soon understand why we have a reputation for turning our clients into "Raving Fans".
